Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the Ananas GDS platform.

Last updated: June 2026. These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production publication.

1. Account Creation

To use Ananas GDS you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to the management and distribution of hotel operational data. You may not misuse the API, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or share partnership tokens publicly.

3. Subscription & Billing

The free plan is permanent and requires no payment. The Silver plan (€49/month) is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No setup or onboarding fees apply. If a Silver subscription expires, your account returns to the free tier — no data is deleted.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform. Ananas GDS acts as a processor and distributor of that data on your instructions. You control which partners may access which properties.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability through redundant cloud infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ananas GDS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Ananas GDS is not a booking engine and does not process reservations or payments between hotels and guests.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Schweinfurt, where legally permissible.
